Every Interior Design project starts with a concept sketches and furniture layouts and ends with a package of detailed design scheme, floor plans, material boards, 3D visualisations and specifications. We pay a close attention to every single design element involved as well as to a technical solutions and electronic equipment.
Interior Design Project typically includes following documents and drawings:
– Various solutions for interior layouts (up to 3 options)
– Proposed Colour scheme and material board
– Floor and ceiling layouts and wall elevations
– Demolition and removal plans (if any*)
– Furniture layouts
– Flooring finishes plans
– Lighting fixtures positioning and cable outlets
– Underfloor heating plan (if any*)
– Doors and windows schedule
– Sanitary items and bathrooms equipment positioning on floors, walls and ceilings
– Bathrooms walls elevations for tiling or stone cladding with dimensions
– Room walls elevations with materials and detailed sections of decorative elements
– Furniture specifications with general product technical description
– Electric and Lighting items specifications
– CGI/3D Visualisations (subject to a separate agreement*)
– Project supervision (subject to a separate agreement*)
CONSULTATION SERVICES:
If you prefer to manage the interior design on your own and just need guidance and advice.

PERSONAL SHOPPING:
